Your varied tasks
- Monitoring, inspection and maintenance of building services systems
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and minor refurbishment work
- Support with apartment handovers and takeovers
- Contact person for our residents regarding technical and caretaker-related concerns
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and a well-maintained appearance
- Performing winter service duties
What you bring
- Completed craft or technical basic training
- Professional experience in a comparable role as well as further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence or willingness to complete this
- An independent and reliable working style as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Friendly and respectful interaction with people as well as a good sense for their concerns
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
