We are an established engineering company run in its second generation. Our construction technology services in the field of structures range from new builds to conversions and repairs, as well as structural analyses. Our long-standing expertise lies in existing buildings, especially listed properties.
Where standard solutions do not help, we develop pragmatic and economical solutions. In doing so, we combine sound engineering skills with interconnected thinking, close collaboration, and a high standard of quality in our projects.
These tasks await you
- Developing structural concepts in building construction (load analyses, structural calculations and design)
- Developing static detail and special solutions
- Creating specifications and sketches as a basis for execution, formwork and reinforcement plans
- Taking on professional site management tasks such as coordination, tender evaluation and approvals
- Preparing earthquake analyses
- Conducting condition surveys on the building and damage assessments, defining and developing measures
- Defining and developing suitable repair and reinforcement measures
- Supporting the further development and design of our BIM processes
- Professional leadership and support of employees as well as coordination of tasks within the team
- Taking responsibility for demanding projects and their successful implementation

What you bring
- Degree as a civil engineer: FH, ETH or TU
- Several years of project experience in building construction
- Experience in structural planning and enjoyment of challenging static issues
- Interest and willingness to take on professional leadership responsibility
- Committed, team-oriented and communicative personality
- Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of the relevant SIA standards
- Good software skills in the field of structural planning
- Enjoy working with architects, specialist planners, clients and other stakeholders
