The District Court of Schwyz adjudicates all civil and criminal cases at first instance, unless another authority is responsible. It supervises the conciliation authority, mediators, as well as the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices, and fulfils other tasks according to the law.
We offer biannual
internship positions for lawyers (100%)
starting in February, May, August or November.
