• Nursing-therapeutic support of patients aged 65+ with mental and/or dementia disorders in the social psychiatric, outpatient setting as well as in the outreach context within an interdisciplinary team.
• Participation in visits to elderly and nursing homes in the region
• Opportunity to develop and conduct group programmes

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Extensive professional experience working with
  people aged 65+ with mental and/or dementia disorders
• Interest and enjoyment in developing new offerings and structures
• Independent, proactive and responsible working style
• Interest in social psychiatric issues and innovative models of psychiatric care
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Person-, team- and network-oriented working style
