Polymechanic for Permanent Position (2-Shift) 100%
Tasks
- Program, set up and operate five-axis turning and milling centres from DMG Mori
- Manufacture workpieces from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
- Independently carry out machine programming directly at the machine as well as at the CAM workstation
- Inspect finished parts and document their quality
- Produce clamping jigs, fixtures and prototypes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with sound expertise
- Confident use of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
- Experience with CAM systems, especially good to very good knowledge of Mastercam
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
