The Ilgenmoos site is one of our three institutions. It offers residential places and day structure for adult clients on the outskirts of Effretikon. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for you as

New Site Manager Ilgenmoos (M/F/D) and Member of the Executive Board

Your tasks are:

• Professional, personnel and economic management of the Ilgenmoos site according to our foundation's mission statement
• Developing and implementing concepts and measures to achieve the strategy and annual goals according to foundation guidelines
• Managing the subordinate areas of the site (on-site living and in two external living groups, day structure, central services) and representing Ilgenmoos externally
• Further development of the foundation together with the other four members of the executive board

You bring with you:

• Federally recognised higher education in health, social or educational fields as well as business management knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in supporting clients with disabilities and/or in the ASD field
• Several years of proven leadership experience
• Assertiveness and persuasiveness combined with high reflection and empathy
• Enthusiasm and resilience for this enriching and demanding leadership role as well as joy in working with people
