Your Tasks
- Empathetic support of patients in crisis situations as well as professional assistance in everyday clinical work
- Active contribution to the team by bringing in your personal strengths and professional skills
- Interprofessional collaboration with clear, binding communication on an equal footing
- Creating a safe, structured and appreciative environment for patients and staff
- Professionally sound and responsible implementation of nursing interventions
- Regular leadership of the ward's mindfulness group as well as individual support of patients in mindfulness training according to indication.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF or FH
- Enjoyment in working with people with various psychiatric disorders
- High sense of responsibility as well as a professional, reflective demeanour
- Willingness to actively think along, contribute and take responsibility
- Strong team skills and interest in interprofessional collaboration
- Experience in mindfulness training or motivation to complete corresponding further training
