We are one of Switzerland's leading internationally oriented business law firms, and we are looking to strengthen our HR team by hiring a dedicated and talented
Reporting to the Head of HR in Zurich your will have the following
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (Assistants, Business-Service Team Members).
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Managing assistant coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Your qualifications:
- HR Specialist with Federal Diploma (HR Fachausweis)
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems (Rexx).
