The Avosano Group employs a total of 650 staff across three locations through its two subsidiaries, Avosano AG (pharmaceutical wholesale) and Avosano Industrie Service AG (pharma prewholesale).

Plant Technician (m/f/d) 100 %

• You ensure the availability and operational reliability of our highly automated logistics systems (shelf operating devices, OSR shuttle, conveyor technology, sorting systems, etc.).

• You analyse and resolve malfunctions and carry out maintenance, cleaning, and optimisation work.

• You manage the spare parts warehouse and ensure the availability of important components.

• You coordinate technical matters with our logistics general contractor as well as external suppliers.

• You support service and maintenance work on state-of-the-art plant technology.

• You make an important contribution to smooth logistics operations.

• Work in a weekly shift rotation (early and late shifts); the early shift starts on Mondays as early as 03:30 (with corresponding allowance).

• Deployments on Saturdays or Sundays about once a month.

• Service assignments outside operating hours about 1-2 times per year.

• On-call duty every 6-8 weeks (24/7) with on-call allowance.

• A clean criminal record is a prerequisite.

• Completed training as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic, or in a comparable technical profession (mandatory).

• Experience in automation or plant technology; knowledge of pneumatics is an advantage.

• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style.

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a high willingness to learn and commit.

• Good physical condition and freedom from dizziness.

• Residence permit according to NIV Art. 15 is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
