Head of Contributions and Accounting Department (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Technical and managerial responsibility for 3 employees
• Consultation, determination and collection of social security contributions
• Determination of personal contributions
• Processing of final accounts and employer audits
• Implementation of debt collection measures
• Posting of income to the individual accounts of the insured persons
• Control and processing of insured persons' affiliation (secondments)
• Management of the main and subsidiary ledgers

Your profile:

• Commercial qualification and several years of professional experience (preferably AHV compensation office, HR, accounting)
• Further training as a social insurance specialist with a federal diploma and/or in the field of finance and accounting
• Interest and enjoyment in dealing with legal regulations
• IT affinity
• Very good German skills (confident in spoken and written language), good French or Italian skills (at least B2)
• Team-oriented, empathetic and appreciative personality
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Reliable, careful and precise working style
• Workload: 100%
