What makes your work particularly attractive

You support and accompany patients with substance dependency or multiple problems who are undergoing inpatient or partial inpatient psychotherapeutic treatment. You are part of the interprofessional treatment team, actively participate in reports and contribute the social work perspective to the shared understanding of cases. You conduct theme-centred group sessions, contribute your expertise in case-related system discussions and regularly exchange ideas within the social counselling team with your colleagues.

What distinguishes you

You have a completed degree in Social Work (BSc) and bring proven professional experience, ideally in clinical social work. A pronounced patient-centred attitude characterises you as well as your ability to actively contribute your professional skills to an interprofessional treatment team. You align your actions with the individual needs and goals of the patients and work independently, reliably and in a structured manner. You enjoy working in a team, have a sense of humour and keep an overview in demanding and complex situations. At the same time, you enjoy actively shaping the professional development of social counselling.
