Processing our monitoring orders (e.g. planning measurement concepts, initial or special configuration in the tool, customer onboarding)

• Processing our monitoring orders, e.g. planning measurement concepts, initial and special configurations in the monitoring tool as well as onboarding new customers
• Contributing to the continuous development of our monitoring tool in the role of key user as well as ensuring 1st and 2nd level support
• Telephone, written and personal support of our customers
• Receiving and processing customer enquiries and complaints within the specified deadlines
• Accompanying and leading internal projects
• Participation in trade fairs and customer seminars

• Technical basic training (electrician, heating/plumbing installer or planner)
• Very good handling of electronic tools and MS Office
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Polished manners, reliable and loyal
