With a legal internship in the Legal and Procedures Department of the Office for Spatial Development, you gain direct insight into the practice of public law. You work on issues from the areas of spatial planning and building law, environmental law, nature and heritage protection law, as well as public procurement, and learn how these complex topics are concretely implemented in administration. Our internship position is to be newly filled from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement for a duration of 12 months (minimum duration: 6 months).

Your tasks
- Legal clarifications in planning and building law
- Support in appeal and complaint statements
- Review and drafting of orders
- Participation in legislative and regulatory projects and support in the evaluation of consultations
- Response to political motions
- Processing of information access and file inspection requests
- Administrative support of the Legal and Procedures Department
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Knowledge in administrative and constitutional law as well as in the field of building, planning, and environmental law or in political science
- Great interest in legal, political, and social issues
