To strengthen our Production team, we are currently looking to fill a position of

Production Operator in Polishing Sector (2x8)

Responsibilities:

Within our Finishing department, you will be responsible for:

• Manual preparation on the grinding wheel, pre-polishing, deburring to prepare surfaces before finishing
• Operating semi-automatic machines. Loading, unloading medical devices and wet and dry treatment according to the process defined in the operating range
• Mirror polishing finish of orthopedic implants
• Maintaining the process in accordance with regulatory requirements and practice
• Respecting the established process by applying manufacturing procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) according to the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation reference
• Ensuring production control operations according to Control Specifications and other quality documents and descriptions defined in the operating ranges on the quality forms provided for this purpose
• Performing preventive maintenance activities according to Maintenance Specifications and other protocols on the quality forms provided for this purpose.
• Respecting and applying regulations related to medical domain requirements ISO13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G

Profile sought:

• Minimum 3 years experience in polishing is essential
• Knowledge of working in ISO13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G environment is an asset
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Good communication skills
• Stress resistance
• Good level of French
