• You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, first-class, and individualized primary care at home
• You support relatives, the persons to be cared for, and the team in all questions related to care
• You take on comprehensive case management and provide the prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures with your expertise
• You work and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, health insurance companies, and the team

• You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and care)
• Your flexibility and commitment make you a reliable support in the team
• Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
• Your sense of responsibility and ability to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately make you a valuable team member
• Your cheerful nature is contagious and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture that delights our customers and enriches the work environment
• You have the InterRAI HC course or are willing to complete it
