To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Estimator (a) who convinces with technical expertise, strong cost awareness, and a passion for pioneering construction projects.
In this central position, you lay the foundation for well-founded project decisions and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of construction projects that sustainably shape Switzerland's digital landscape. Your area of responsibility
- Independent calculation of new construction and renovation projects across all project phases
- Identifying optimization and savings potentials as well as developing variants
- Creating concepts for construction site installations, construction processes, and construction schedules
- Analyzing planner offers, specifications, and BIM models
- Reviewing plans regarding economic efficiency and feasibility
- Close collaboration and support of the Construction and Real Estate teams
- Creating and maintaining schedules as well as participating in bid presentations
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify technical and commercial questions
Your skills
- Several years of professional experience in estimation or managing complex construction projects
- Completed education in construction (e.g., civil engineer, construction technician, site manager, architect, or comparable qualification)
- Very good knowledge of construction processes, tenders, standards, and market prices
- Affinity for digital working methods, ideally experience with BIM and estimation software
- Analytical thinking, strong cost awareness, and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- High commitment and sense of responsibility
