As part of a planned early succession arrangement, an experienced individual is sought as Finance Specialist 80–100%. In this role, you manage the entire finance and accounting department and are the central contact person for financial and business management issues. You work closely with the administrative management, contribute your financial expertise in various committees, and advise internal and external stakeholders. The position offers you a high degree of independence, direct access to key decision-makers, and the opportunity to actively shape the organisation's financial development.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting, including budgeting, financial planning, and annual accounts, ensuring statutory accounting in accordance with HRM2
• As the central finance specialist, you advise the administrative management and various committees on financial and business management issues, providing sound foundations for important decisions
• You take on the professional leadership in the finance area, are responsible for payroll processing including social insurances, and coordinate cooperation with audit bodies, cantonal authorities, and other external contacts
• Furthermore, you develop financial processes and instruments, participate in projects and working groups, and contribute your expertise on overarching financial topics

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and accounting, for example the federal specialist certificate, the municipal technical school, or a comparable business qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a responsible finance role as well as sound knowledge in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial planning are prerequisites for this position
• Experience in public accounting according to HRM2 and within a public administration is advantageous and facilitates your entry into the diverse range of tasks
