Your mission:
As a Regional Sales Manager Coffee Solutions, you make an important contribution to the company's success. For over 25 years, we have been the exclusive distributor of coffee machines, coffee, and accessories for the Business Solutions of NESPRESSO in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. In our dynamic team, we continuously develop our range and services - up to complete solutions for workplace catering.
What you can achieve with us:
Operational leadership and daily management of the 8-member sales team
Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of sales and margin targets
Clear prioritization of new customer acquisition and existing customer development (cross- & upselling)
Consistent performance management based on KPIs and target specifications
Coaching, training, and performance development of employees
Building and expanding sustainable customer relationships at decision-maker level (top level)
Ensuring transparency and reliability in CRM and forecasting
Participation in sales and cost budgeting
Analysis of market, competition, and potentials for continuous optimization
Actively shaping change with the team and sustainably building a performance-oriented culture of responsibility
Your strengths and achievements:
Completed commercial basic training and further education in business administration, sales, or marketing
Sales professional with several years of field sales experience & successful track record
Ability to successfully lead, challenge, and promote a team
High social skills and exemplary customer orientation
Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Initiative, flexible and cooperative personality with high IT affinity
Valid driver's license, high willingness to travel within the area of operation
