Work where winter sports, enjoyment and international flair meet. For the 2026/27 winter season, we are looking for a bar staff member for our E-Tron Bar in the Grindelwald Terminal.

Work where others spend their winter holidays. The E-Tron Bar in the Grindelwald Terminal is a popular meeting place for winter sports enthusiasts and guests from all over the world. For the winter season from mid-December 2026 to 4 April 2027, we are looking for an upbeat personality who lives hospitality, enjoys taking responsibility and keeps an overview even in lively moments.

Bar Staff

Your tasks

• Beverage & bar service: You prepare coffee, drinks and bar offerings professionally and with attention to detail.
• Guest care: You advise our guests in a friendly and competent manner and ensure a warm atmosphere.
• Sales & cash register management: You operate the cash register independently and settle it correctly.
• Preparation & organisation: You ensure the daily mise en place and ensure a smooth operation at the bar.
• Inventory management: You assist with orders, stock checks and inventory management.
• Quality & cleanliness: You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations.

You bring with you

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally in bar, service or café areas.
• Enjoyment of guest contact and a strong service orientation.
• Resilience and flexibility, even during high guest volumes.
• Independent and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality.
• Team spirit and positive charisma as well as a well-groomed appearance.
• Good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
