Team Leader: Fiduciary and Auditing (m/f/d)

Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic personality as COO in the fiduciary and auditing sector. If you have experience in the industry, digital affinity, and leadership skills, this position offers an exciting opportunity to build a team and strategically shape processes.
Responsibilities:
- You build your own team and manage key accounts in fiduciary and auditing.
- You bear operational responsibility and manage internal processes for the whole of Switzerland.
- You lead and develop the areas of accounting, taxes, auditing, and payroll accounting.
- You ensure efficient processes and the highest quality standards.
- You work closely with management to drive the strategic development of the company.
- You identify optimisation potentials and implement digital solutions.
- You are responsible for six direct reports, including department heads and regional team leaders.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed business administration degree and experience in auditing and fiduciary services, ideally complemented by an expert title.
- You have several years of leadership experience, ideally in fiduciary or auditing sectors.
- You are experienced in digitalising services and work in a structured, solution-oriented, and efficient manner.
- You speak fluent German and English (minimum C1).
