Your Tasks
As Assistant Bar Manager at verve by sven, your focus is on ensuring excellent service quality, which includes the following tasks:
- Ensuring professional and warm guest care including confident handling of complaints
- Monitoring the service process as well as checking the mise en place work of the service team
- Active participation in daily business as well as supporting the bar management in operational operations
- Contributing to sales promotion, offer development, and seasonal cocktails
- Supporting scheduling, training, onboarding, and team leadership
- Ensuring compliance with standards, concepts, and legal requirements
Your Profile
For this position, you have completed training as a restaurant specialist or an equivalent qualification and already have experience in a team leader role. Furthermore, you bring:
- Experience in gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in an upscale environment
- Confident handling of common IT tools as well as experience with POS systems
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style even in demanding situations
- Strong hospitality mentality, team orientation, and high reliability
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
