Frédérique Constant SA, a leading Swiss watch manufacturer based in Geneva, is seeking a committed and dynamic Area Manager (m/f/d) – Swiss Market. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our sales network in Switzerland. Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding the existing customer portfolio in the Swiss market.
• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and sales partners.
• Planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Organising and conducting product training sessions and presentations.
• Market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participating in trade fairs and events to represent the brand.
• Regular reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or degree in business, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the watch or luxury goods industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation.
• Fluent German and French skills, English skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Affinity for high-quality products and a sense for luxury.
