Senior Specialist Occupational Pensions
Our in-house pension fund manages and supports around 1,600 insured persons. In a small team, we are responsible for the interface between insured persons, pension fund bodies and the employer.
- Support and operational relief of management:
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the pension fund committees and follow-up of resolutions and their implementation;
- Organisation and minute-taking of meetings;
- Representation during absences;
- Collaboration in the technical and administrative management as well as financial accounting;
- Project and process management: conception and control of projects for the further development of the pension solution and business processes as well as ongoing digitalisation.
- Completed business or law degree or equivalent qualification (Swiss Federal Diploma as Pension Fund Manager or DAS or MAS Pension Fund Management);
- Several years of proven experience (preferably also leadership experience) in the field of occupational pensions;
- Sound knowledge of Swiss pension and social insurance law;
- Experience in pension fund administration and financial accounting;
- Experience in accompanying change processes and projects.
