As part of interdisciplinary project teams, you take on various activities within your team for technically demanding software development projects covering the entire engineering process. From needs analysis and business system design to programming and implementation, all the way to quality assurance and project management. We offer a wide range of tasks; project work is our strong suit. In detail, you will take on the following tasks:- You are responsible for the design, development, and design of Java applications in an agile project environment.
- You develop and optimize client-specific software solutions.
- You are able to design and fully implement modern microservices architectures.
- From the first idea to commissioning, you accompany the various stages with professionalism.
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS
- We do not limit ourselves to fixed requirement profiles that we impose point by point. Experience and practice in projects have shown us that combining strengths and individual skills within a team pays off in every respect.
- In addition to a degree in computer science or equivalent training or qualification, one thing matters above all: your passion for programming and innovation, as well as your desire to dive into new projects and discover new technologies, tools, etc.
- You have solid experience in Java backend development and software engineering.
- You have several years of experience in full-stack Java development for scalable web systems and applications using various databases and frameworks (e.g., Angular/React, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate) in an agile project environment.
- You master current software development concepts and tools such as Scrum, Domain-Driven Design, CI/CD, Docker, etc.
- Furthermore, you demonstrate great motivation and a strong willingness to learn on a daily basis, as well as an open, communicative, and helpful attitude.
- Good command of French and English, both spoken and written, as well as a willingness to travel depending on the projects (travel is an integral part of IT services - we certainly try to adapt this point to your situation, for example by organizing project assignments close to your home) complete your profile.
- Knowledge of German, or even better, a good command of the language, is an advantage.
