We are looking for a reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- First point of contact at the counter and telephone for the construction department
- Competent information provision and efficient forwarding of customer concerns
- Participation in the building permit process as well as data management
- Support of the team by taking over organizational and administrative tasks
- Participation in the practical training of apprentices
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in public administration or municipal construction is an advantage or willingness to complete appropriate further training
- Practical trainer course or interest in completing it
- Fluency in oral and written expression
- Independent, reliable, careful and efficient working style
- High social and communication skills
- Resilient, motivated and flexible personality as well as a sense for interconnected thinking and acting
- Open and friendly appearance
