Technical Service Employee

Your Tasks

Maintenance of all technical, electrical and sanitary systems
Maintenance of machinery, vehicles and cleaning equipment
Management and maintenance of care aids
Troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and electrical installations
General maintenance and repair work on the facility
Coordination and execution of resident requests
Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
Care and maintenance of the outdoor area
Care of the in-house animals

What You Bring

Completed vocational training in a craft / Maintenance Specialist EFZ
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and company events
Good sensitivity for elderly people
High service commitment
Diplomacy, discretion
Willingness for on-call duty
