Employee in Fine Assembly of Opto-Electronic Components (m/f/d)

Your daily contribution

• Assembly of opto-electronic and fine mechanical assemblies and components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and parts lists
• Precise adjustment and alignment of optical components while adhering to specified tolerances
• Wiring, soldering, and assembling cables and connectors
• Performing functional, visual, and quality inspections as well as documenting work steps and test results
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our assembly processes
• Adhering to our quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Your background

• Completed technical or craft training related to fine mechanics, electronics, optics, or a comparable field
• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of precise, fine mechanical work
• Experience in assembling small, delicate, or precise components as well as in soldering, wiring, or cable assembly is an advantage
• Technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with measuring and testing equipment is an advantage
• Careful, independent, and quality-conscious working style as well as reliability and teamwork skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form and willingness to learn new things
