We are looking for you for a management position immediately or by arrangement as:

Residential Group Leader | 80 - 100%

a responsible management position with leadership duties in the management and organization of a senior residential group with a total of 23 beds
scope for development in close cooperation with the residential group and nursing service management
participation in projects
a motivated team that plans and implements the care and support process together
a respectful and collegial working atmosphere in which your leadership qualities are appreciated

You are

in possession of a tertiary level vocational qualification (HF/FH nursing specialist) and ideally additional training in leadership
experienced in care and support and bring solid leadership and professional knowledge
assertive and have high social competence with which you master daily challenges confidently
willing to actively participate in daily business and regularly support your team on weekends in the residential group
confident in handling PC applications and express yourself professionally in German
