About the job

You work with a workload of 80–100% in Zug – with the possibility to also work remotely

• You design and optimise the controlling and planning landscape of V-ZUG – including the further development of structures in SAP S/4HANA CO as well as integrated corporate planning and consolidation (e.g. Jedox, Apliqo)
• You take on agile requirements management for controlling and management reporting: you formulate and prioritise professional requirements (Epics, Features, User Stories) in the SAFe environment and consistently drive their implementation
• You ensure end-to-end data consistency – from operational financial accounting (FI) to controlling and planning tools – working closely with the FI expert
• You actively represent the controlling area in the central agile cycles (PI Planning) and are the main point of contact for product management
• You work closely with the controlling managers to optimally align the system setup with operational and strategic corporate management
• You professionally accompany system innovations, conduct reviews from the user perspective and empower the controlling teams in handling modern analysis, planning and visualisation tools – including Power BI and AI-supported solutions
• You identify efficiency potentials through technical and digital solutions and proactively drive their implementation together with the relevant stakeholders

• You have completed a recognised qualification in finance and accounting – whether as a certified controller, certified auditor or with a degree (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in business administration, finance or a specialised further education (NDS, MBA, MAS)
• You bring several years of experience in controlling and performance management – with a clear focus on process and system optimisations in the CO environment
• You have excellent SAP S/4HANA FI/CO knowledge and sound expertise in modern planning and budgeting tools (e.g. Jedox, Apliqo)
• Power BI and data-based visualisations are part of your craft – you use them to prepare controlling content in an understandable and decision-relevant manner
• You have a good understanding of AI-supported approaches and digital transformation in finance and controlling and are willing to actively introduce and establish new technologies
• You are familiar with the SAFe environment or quickly and curiously immerse yourself in agile working methods
• You communicate clearly, convincingly and on equal terms – both with technical teams and business stakeholders
• You work in a structured, independent and results-oriented manner – and bring topics to completion with pronounced implementation strength
• Very good German and English – written and spoken – are standard for you
