The Küsnacht school is a development-oriented public school. It comprises four primary school units, the Secondary School Centre, as well as Tempus (pre-vocational year).
A special feature of the Secondary School Centre is our Competence Centre. It is a place that is open to all pupils during school hours, at lunchtime, and after school. Another highlight is our canteen. It offers freshly prepared meals at lunchtime, is also open during breaks, and is very popular with young people and teachers alike.
To support the Secondary School Centre, we are looking for a
DaZ / Subject Teacher Secondary Level 45% - 50%
Your tasks
- The teaching subjects are: DaZ (10 lessons), elective subject WHA (3 lessons) and elective subject History/Geography (1 lesson) (It is also possible to cover part of the workload)
- You teach all DaZ lessons in small groups. The young people attending the DaZ lessons come from all three year groups and performance levels
- The elective subjects History/Geography and WHA are taught at the 3rd secondary level and also take place in groups with a maximum of 12 pupils

- Completed CAS DaZ or you are willing to complete this training
- Completed training as a secondary school teacher
- Enjoyment of pedagogical work
- You are open to new things, tolerant and appreciative towards others
- You are benevolent, demanding and consistent towards the pupils
- You actively contribute to the staff and support school and teaching development
