Are you passionate about preparing complex content in an understandable way and thus supporting managers, general agencies, as well as customer advisors in their daily work?

In the P&C Retail Private Customers, Market Development & Communication team in the agency sales of Zurich Switzerland, we design, among other things, target group-oriented communication for the strategically central sales channels. Our work significantly contributes to ensuring that strategic and operational topics from headquarters are effectively, clearly and purposefully communicated to our general agencies and customer advisors. The agency channel is close to the customers and makes a significant contribution to achieving the goals of the BU Switzerland.

As part of our team, you actively shape sales communication as a specialist (m/f/d), position agency sales as a strong channel within Zurich Switzerland, and support managers and stakeholders in achieving their goals with clear, consistent and effective communication.

What to expect

• You help shape the targeted communication strategy for agency sales.
• You ensure coordinated, consistent communication in close collaboration with our cross-channel stakeholders.
• You advise managers and business leads on communication issues, including positioning on specific topics.
• You develop relevant messages and communication formats for different target groups in sales and management.
• You maintain the Agentsweb, further develop it and take responsibility for our newsletter formats.

What distinguishes you

• A completed degree (university of applied sciences or university) or an equivalent qualification in communication, marketing, media or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in strategic and operational communication and/or marketing, ideally in sales, finance or insurance environments.
• Willingness to take responsibility, set priorities, actively reflect on performance and continuously develop in line with our corporate values.
• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Confident communication skills in German; additional language skills in French and Italian are an advantage.
