What you achieve

• You lead our toolchain and accompany the consolidation of existing development and delivery processes towards a modern, integrated development platform.
• For build, test, release, and deployment processes, you establish standardised development paths ("Golden Paths") based on modern CI/CD principles. Together with the team, you are responsible for our Internal Developer Portal and continuously develop it further.
• With self-service offerings, you enable our development teams to use development, build, and operational resources largely automatically.
• You live Developer Advocacy: You understand internal software teams as customers, actively contribute to building a modern Developer Experience, and drive the transformation from classic developer workstations to containerised, cloud-native development environments.
• You integrate AI into everyday developer work and securely and compliantly anchor practical AI-supported solutions in our platform.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a comparable technical role.
• You are familiar with modern software development processes, source code management, CI/CD concepts, and Infrastructure as Code.
• You understand the platform as a product ("Platform as a Product") and are interested in internal developer platforms, developer portals, self-service offerings, and developer experience.
• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment characterise you when it comes to the productive use of AI-supported tools throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you enjoy working with different stakeholders and development teams.
