Facility Maintenance Specialist (a) 100%- Daily completion of rounds
- Documentation of regular safety rounds
- Reporting of completed activities to the customer
- Acceptance and processing of all incoming tickets
- Execution of repairs and improvement work
- Responsibility for first intervention
- Support during second interventions in case of malfunctions
- Participation in emergency organisation
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
- Service orientation and customer focus
