Your responsibilities
To strengthen our pre-analytical team at the Breganzona site, we are looking for a shipping/reception clerk, the duties are as follows:
Registration of analytical samples in the LIS system
Shipping to other laboratories
Operation and use of equipment in the pre-analytical department
Sample preparation
Telephone contact with customers
Performing other pre-analytical tasks
Your profile
Completed training as a medical practice assistant
Previous experience in the pre-analytical sector (an advantage)
Precise, careful working method with a sense of responsibility
Flexible person able to handle stressful situations
Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
Ability to stay calm even in the most intense moments
