Your Area of Responsibility
Your tasks – versatile and impactful!
- You share responsibility for ensuring and further developing the quality of training on the wards.
- You individually support FaGe trainees or HF students in their learning processes and take on their qualification.
- You participate in the induction of trainees and accompany them on their path into professional everyday life.
- You proactively address educational topics, contribute your own ideas and actively develop the quality of training further.
- You take on administrative tasks related to training.
- You support the educational officers in daily practice with learning process guidance as well as with professional and organisational questions related to training.

Your Competences
- Completed training as FaGe / Registered Nurse HF/FH
- Knowledge of educational topics and organisations in the Swiss healthcare system
- Completed vocational pedagogical and didactic
further training (federal specialist certificate) - Enjoyment in guiding, accompanying and supporting FaGe trainees / HF students
- Structured, independent working
- Flexible, resilient and solution-oriented
- High team, communication and organisational skills
