For our client, an established and nationwide service company in the field of social insurance and occupational pension schemes, we are looking for a structured, responsible and communicative personality for the location in the City of Zurich as
Debt Collection Clerk 100% (a) City of Zurich
Your tasks:
- Independent execution of the debt collection process for various institutions in the field of social insurance and occupational pension schemes
- Execution, control and monitoring of automated debt collection processes and batch runs
- Processing of payment orders as well as posting of the associated costs
- Creation and monitoring of repayment and payment agreements taking into account legal and internal requirements
- Preparation of payment confirmations and account statements
- Written and telephone communication with customers and debt enforcement offices
- Participation in tests related to software releases, updates and patches
- Support in the further development and optimisation of internal processes
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in debt collection, ideally in the field of social insurance, pensions or a related industry
- Good knowledge of the Swiss debt enforcement and debt collection procedure according to SchKG
- Enjoyment in working with numbers and at the same time strong communication skills
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as pronounced IT affinity
- Willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of a sector-specific specialist application and its processes
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and a cool head even under increased workload
