• Support of the personnel manager in all HR processes (recruitment, care, development, separation)
• Performing administrative tasks in the Human Resources department of Raiffeisenbank
• Accompanying and supporting junior staff
• Strategic further development of the sub-area

• Support of the bank management and the board of directors in organizational and administrative tasks
• Creating analyses and preparing presentations
• Active participation in the strategic further development of Raiffeisenbank Wasserschloss

• Support of the marketing manager in campaign management, event and sponsorship management as well as in online and offline presence

• Completed higher business education (HF/FH/University) or completed vocational training with solid, several years of professional experience
• Several years of experience in a similar field and/or the banking sector is an advantage
• Precise, efficient, and reliable way of working
• Communicative, responsible, and independent person
• Resilient, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial personality
• Discreet handling of sensitive personnel and business information
• High digital affinity and very good user skills (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office)
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Local roots in the business area are an advantage
