For exciting track renewal projects on the Swiss rail network, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced specialist as
Expert in Overhead Line Systems 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)
You will accompany the traction current and overhead line work on site, ensure quality and safety, and represent our interests towards customers and project partners.
Your tasks
- Assuming the role of Expert in Overhead Line Systems in track renewal projects
- Technical support, implementation and supervision of traction current and overhead line work during execution
- Representing the technical and economic interests of our company towards customers and project partners
- Ensuring contract-compliant, standard-compliant and high-quality execution
- Conducting inspections, checks and approvals on construction sites
- Assessing technical issues and supporting solution finding on site
- Close collaboration with site management, project managers, railway technology departments and contractors
Your profile
- Training as an Expert in Overhead Line Systems (alternatively certified network electrician HF, electrical engineer HF or comparable further training)
- Experience in the implementation of railway infrastructure projects
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- High safety and quality awareness (inspections and approvals on construction sites)
- Willingness for nationwide assignments, as well as occasional night and weekend shifts
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category B
