HR Specialist (80 - 100 %)

In this key position to be further developed, you will take responsibility for the personnel management of the community. You will actively shape the further development of modern HR management and be an important contact person for employees, managers and political committees.

Your tasks

• operational responsibility for all HR processes within the community (recruitment, personnel administration and personnel development)
• ensuring smooth payroll processing including social security and year-end tasks
• organisational development and optimisation of HR processes
• advice and support for employees and managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• support for the mayor and the municipal council in strategic and operational personnel matters
• promotion of an appreciative corporate culture and sustainable employee retention

Your profile

• HR specialist with a federal diploma or comparable qualification (e.g. advanced training in human resources)
• professional experience in personnel management or a comparable function
• sound knowledge of payroll and social security systems
• proficient use of modern HR and IT systems (Abacus)
• strong communication and advisory skills
• trustworthiness, discretion and social competence
• enjoyment in further developing processes and building new things
