• You take on specialised palliative care in complex client situations in the home environment.
• You provide comprehensive, complex nursing care for patients.
• You advise and support relatives with empathy and professional competence during challenging life phases.
• With empathy and professionalism, you contribute to maintaining and promoting the best possible quality of life for those affected.
• You work independently and responsibly in planning, implementing, and documenting care.
• You actively contribute your professional expertise to interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Together with a respectful, constructive team, you support the continuous development of our services.

• You have completed vocational training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and preferably hold the "CAS in Palliative Care" further education.
• You bring practical experience in specialised palliative care and ideally already have Spitex experience.
• You work independently and responsibly.
• You possess strong professional and social skills and are resilient.
• You can express yourself appropriately, clearly, and understandably according to the situation.
• You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• You hold a category B driving licence.

• You are highly independent and have plenty of scope for initiative.
