What does your daily routine look like?

You can expect a very varied training, no day is like the other! For the most part, you carry out basic nursing tasks (support with personal care, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Activities such as household chores are a large part of your training and are just as much a part of it as simple administrative tasks (keeping documentation, orders). You encourage the residents to participate in activities and stay by their side if needed. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and their joy of life.
