Project Manager GU/TU (m/f/d)
Role:
You take independent responsibility for managing demanding GU-/TU projects and ensure professional implementation regarding quality, costs, and deadlines. As the central contact person, you coordinate all project participants, manage construction execution, and accompany the projects from planning to successful handover.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and control of demanding GU-/TU projects
Organisation, coordination, and supervision of all trades and project participants
Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality management
Conducting construction meetings, site inspections, and project discussions
Management and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standards
Leading professional project communication with internal and external contacts
Ongoing reporting as well as active risk and change management
Coordination and support of acceptances, handovers, and project completions
Regular assignments and site visits within Switzerland
Qualifications:
Completed training or studies in construction, for example as a construction manager, technician HF/FH, architect, or civil engineer
Several years of professional experience in project management of construction or interior fit-out projects
Sound knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and quality assurance
Good knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and standards is an advantage
Fluent French skills as well as very good German and English skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
High sense of responsibility and professional appearance
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
