For our client, we are looking for a motivated Cleaning Supervisor (50-100% m/f/d) by arrangement.
Job Description- Responsibility for various cleaning sites in the Basel and Baselland region
- Organisation and coordination of staff on site
- Introduction and training of new employees
- Ensuring the required cleaning quality
- Checking the work performed
- Supporting employees with questions and in daily work
- Independently stepping in during staff shortages or absences
- Assisting with cleaning tasks when necessary
- Communication with employees, supervisors and customers
- Carrying out simple administrative tasks on the PC
- Several years of practical experience in cleaning
- Ideally, initial experience as a supervisor, team leader or in a comparable role
- You are used to taking responsibility and guiding employees
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- High temporal flexibility and willingness for changing work assignments
- Willingness for regular evening shifts
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- Basic PC skills
- Category B driving licence is mandatory
- Confident driving of manual transmission vehicles is required
- Neat and professional appearance
Working Hours
The assignments generally take place within the time window from 06:00 to 22:00. Regular evening shifts are part of the role. Accordingly, a high degree of temporal flexibility is important.
