Seasonal Service Assistant 60-100% (m/f/d)
For our restaurants at Pilatus Kulm, we are looking for friendly and committed service assistants to actively support our team during the summer season 2026 from May to November. You will look after our guests with warmth, attentiveness and a smile. You will also ensure that they feel completely comfortable. If you are flexible, motivated and enjoy working in the mountains, we look forward to receiving your application.
What you can achieve
- Assisting or managing your own service station in the à la carte restaurants at Pilatus Kulm including cash handling
- Evening and breakfast service (half board) as well as service at banquets and large events
- Operating the cash register in the self-service restaurants
- Preparing daily accounts
- Preparatory and follow-up work for smooth service operations
- Late shifts two to three times a week including overnight stay on the mountain
What sets you apart
- Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality
- Enjoyment in guest contact
- Completed training in restaurant service or professional experience in à la carte and banquet service is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
