Your field of activity:
- You are responsible for repair, maintenance and assembly work on systems, machines and equipment
- In doing so, you support Holcim in its high requirements for safety, quality and environmental standards
- As a specialist, you contribute your expertise in preventive maintenance, thereby increasing the productivity of the plant
- You process and manufacture welding and sheet metal constructions and operate machining tools for individual productions
- To ensure we can continue to operate sustainably, you optimise systems, machines and processes
- Together with the maintenance team, you support and advise during revisions and shutdowns
Your profile:
- Training in mechanics, ideally with professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
- Teamwork is important to you and you want to convince with your professional manner and proactive service
- Safety is a priority for you and you are interested in production and technology
- Your goal is to meet the demands of your internal customers in the plant through reliable and independent action and to convince through a structured maintenance service
- You love variety, are curious and enjoy exchanging ideas with others
- New challenges motivate you and you are open to the trend of digitalisation
