The court staff work daily on behalf of those seeking justice to ensure an independent and efficient judiciary, thereby making a valuable contribution to legal peace.

The Insurance Court of the Canton of St. Gallen is the sole cantonal authority to adjudicate social insurance disputes. It offers the opportunity to complete a court internship, which usually lasts half a year. Department III particularly decides on appeals in the areas of health and accident insurance, occupational pension schemes, and disability insurance.
