What to expectDuring your 3-year apprenticeship, you will have many opportunities, be in the middle of the action rather than just watching, gain valuable experience during six varied assignments, and dive deep into the banking world, for example:

Your learning locations:

During your apprenticeship, you are not alone! At learning locations, you will meet many other apprentices, coaches, and employees with whom you can exchange ideas, network, and learn together.

📍 Our bank branches in the Zurich region

Your training place with us, where you will be supported and accompanied by experienced practical trainers.

📍 Vocational school KV Zurich (with BM possible)

Up to twice a week you attend vocational school and have the opportunity to complete the vocational baccalaureate with appropriate school performance.

📍 CYP (Challenge Your Potential)

Here you complete the inter-company courses and deepen your banking knowledge with modern learning methods.

📍 Internal sales training & specialist courses

We offer you various training sessions where you prepare yourself for consultations, communication with customers, and the sale of banking services.

You fit with us if you...

• enjoy communicating with people
• are interested in the world of business and banking
• currently attend secondary school (A or B) or a comparable school in the Zurich region and achieve good to very good school performance
• are particularly strong in mathematics, German, and foreign languages
• are reliable, motivated, and ready to learn new things
• like to take responsibility and work independently as well as organized
