We are looking for a
Cook 80-100% (m/f/d) - Bern BE
Your area of responsibility
- Proper preparation of dishes in compliance with hygiene standards
- Competently respond to guest requests and actively participate in daily operations
- Assist with product presentation and offer planning and share responsibility for ordering
- Support with stocktaking
- Perform general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Represent the operations manager in their absence
- Accounting and holiday cover
- Enjoy direct guest contact
- Work assignments: occasional shifts in the early evening and willingness to work at 3-4 major events per year
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a Cook EFZ
- 2-3 years of professional experience / initial professional experience ideally in contract catering
- Culinary passion with the highest standards of quality
- Team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning manner
- Good German skills (spoken and written) required / English skills an advantage
