Junior Site Manager Natural Stone Works

About the job

To expand our team, we are looking for a qualified, proactive and motivated Junior Site Manager for Natural Stone Works who is eager to achieve our goals with commitment.

Your tasks

• Site management and coordination of 2 - 5 small to medium-sized construction sites after an assistant period of 3 – 6 months
• Coordination with architects, clients, specialists, authorities, contractors and craftsmen
• Preparation of quotations
• Pre- and post-calculation

Your profile

You are between 30 – 40 years old and have completed training as a site manager with an affinity for natural stones or have natural stone experience in construction in a leadership position.

You also meet the following requirements:

• Good technical knowledge regarding natural stones
• Experience in quotation preparation and cost estimation
• Experience in sales and acquisition of contracts
• Strong in organisation and coordination
• Negotiation skills
• Polished manner and social competence
• Enjoyment of beauty and the desire to work at a high level and quality
• Fluent German, both spoken and written
• Good PC skills (MS Office programmes, preferably CAD knowledge)
• Preferably experience in measurement and surveying
• Ambitious with the desire to develop further
• Team player
