About the job

For our PM team in Ostermundigen, we are immediately seeking a committed individual with experience in the insurance industry. In this role, you will take responsibility for the further development of our insurance offerings and actively shape the future of our products in the legal protection and motor vehicle insurance portfolios.

You will work at the interface of customer needs, market requirements, and business objectives, contributing to the development of attractive products and solutions for TCS members. You will build bridges within TCS and create real added value for our members. Become part of our product management team in the B2C sector and help drive the Touring Club Switzerland forward with us.

Your challenges

• Responsibility for nationally recognised insurance portfolios
• Freedom to shape the responsible portfolios
• Develop product strategies, implement innovation and new products
• High visibility within the company
• Close collaboration with the PM Insurance and internal stakeholders
• Direct cooperation with external partners
• Co-responsibility for the economic success of the managed portfolios

How to succeed in your role

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry in a PM function, underwriting, or business development
• Completed studies in business administration, further training with a professional certificate in the insurance environment, marketing or product management, or a comparable qualification
• Strong interest in insurance products and customer-oriented development
• Analytical and structured working style
• Knowledge of modern methods of product development and customer experience
• Fluent German with French skills or vice versa; English is an advantage
• As a team player, you feel comfortable in a cross-functional organisation
